We try to know as little about you as possible. Here's a plain-language summary of what data we receive, why, how long we keep it and how we delete it.

What data we receive

What to call you — optional, a nickname is fine.

A way to reach you: a Telegram or other messenger username, your Telegram ID, or an email address.

Your task description and answers to the assistant, plus any files you attach.

Technical data for spam protection: IP address and request times. It's kept briefly and not linked to your request any longer than necessary.

We don't ask for your phone number, full name, address, ID documents, passwords or card details.

Why

To understand your task, estimate cost and timing, contact you and do the work.

To protect the website and bot from spam and abuse.

Legal basis

Your consent, given before you send a request (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in protecting the service from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep it

Unfinished conversations with the assistant — up to 24 hours.

Requests, messages and files — up to 30 days after the request is closed, or up to 90 days if there's no activity. Then they're permanently deleted.

After deletion, only anonymous statistics remain, with no contact details or task description.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

The website relies on these services: email delivery (Resend) and Telegram — if you message our bot. Bot protection runs on our own server, with no third-party services. The website server is located in the European Union.

Cookies and analytics

We only use a technical session cookie for the assistant — the conversation doesn't work without it. Visit statistics are collected without cookies and aren't shared with third parties.

Your conversation draft is stored in your browser until you clear it.

How we protect your data

We encrypt connections and the fields holding your contact details and task description, limit access to our team, and never write personal data to logs.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, ask for a copy, and withdraw consent. Email support@o-obereg.com or send /delete to our Telegram bot @o_obereg_bot. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
